If there is any truth in the reports that Kate Middleton has chosen all of the outfits she is wearing during the current Royal tour of Canada and USA without significant help from a stylist, then indeed she should be applauded for getting the finer details spot on. She has certainly mastered the talent of making it all look so effortless yet with the eyes of the world on her each element will have been carefully selected!
My personal favorite ‘tour look’ of Kates is the Southwestern ‘cowgirl’ style worn to a Canadian Rodeo. The Goldsign Bootcut ‘passion’ jeans paired well with what I thought was a genius choice of blouse by Alice Temperly. Boots from the Alberta Boot company were presented to her, but I would guess she will had some input into the style which are, reputedly, made of Ostrich and Kangaroo. The turquoise and silver buckled belt along with turquoise earrings added further relevance and of course lets not forget the 10 gallon hat!
Unlike many fashion bloggers I do not see the need to report on every outfit that the Duchess wears – the rush to name the designer of her every outfit hits the web at such a speed it makes you wonder whether they know before she does! That said, I am in full admiration of the choices she has made for this tour and indeed her whole demeanor. Her elegant poise and natural charm ultimately makes for the winning accessory to any look!
