Banana Republic/Trina Turk Collaboration
The next limited collection at Banana Republic is a Californian beachside inspired collaboration with Trina Turk due to hit stores on the 7th June. With price points from $34.50 – $150 this gorgeous collection will certainly make for a fabulous vacation capsule.
So why did Banana Republic choose Trina Turk for their latest project? Banana Republic creative director Simon Kneen spoke to Glamour Magazine about the partnership, ”I find myself continually inspired by the cool, modern vibe of southern California and I wanted to bring that spirit to Banana Republic’s summer collection. Trina was a natural partner for this capsule. Her signature prints embody the Palm Springs lifestyle.” When it comes to the summer wardrobe, Turk–who owns more swimsuits than she can count and spends as many weekends as she can at her Palm Springs home–says her uniform is “a lightweight kaftan tunic, a wide brim hat, and sunglasses.”

Oh My, the fabric color design reminds me of the 70′s dress my husbands ex mother in-law gave me. WOW!!! You said “keep it, it’s cool”!! How funny, cause as always you got it right!!!!!….I may have to wear it now!!!!!!!!!
